Hello everyone!
About 1.5 years ago, we decided to build with a developer because the plot of land we wanted was unfortunately tied to that. To this day, there is no foundation slab. It must be said that the processing of the land purchase contract dragged on forever because many parties were involved due to a subdivision.
In the meantime, we have received a great offer from another developer. We would save a lot of money and therefore also accept the penalty of the first developer.
Has anyone perhaps already switched developers and can give us tips on how to enforce the switch with the bank? Is the possibility of switching even realistic? The house, meaning the architect’s plans, will be adopted 1:1 – only the developer and the amount (positively) will change.
Thank you very much!
Best regards
Janine
