When I was working through the thread back then (by ) Günni had to make several Doornkaats, my dear Mr. Choir, so many corners in the walls are really something else. Once you've seen that, you know why Gisela doesn’t want something like that. Hrchz.

But the thread was very amusing to read. :D I almost spat my coffee over the keyboard when it said "only have a character worker, must be finished in 4 weeks". Do you have more of that kind?

Dear people, nice to read all the comments ;)

Exactly the points mentioned about room layout, useless empty spaces, poor room proportions, etc. have all been considered.

Our plot is large enough that the building envelope, etc., gives us the opportunity to truly build according to our plans.

We can discuss fundamental questions, but of course, we will not publicly display our building plans here.

I quickly suppress such heart-dropping sentences. I already confessed that I remember them all – but if the OP now also reinforces it and wants to starve me visually, I guess I have to stay tough ... Often it is precisely the basic questions where pictures help significantly to avoid misunderstandings or misinterpretations. You can black out the safe type on the plan and simply omit the secret passage at the end of the broom cupboard. That is just a tactical smokescreen by to claim that the underground car park ends at the property boundaries. Of course it goes all the way under the English Garden; he rented me the farthest corners for my Maybach, Horch, and Duesenberg collection. By the way, I learned to hide such top secrets on the internet at [Name des Geheimdienstes weggelassen].

If the object is truly extraordinary, then I wouldn't let a standard general contractor handle it. ;-) The only reading that comes to mind for that is [der arme Räuber] :-(
