But they are certainly not stupid and very receptive to advice. For that, they also have a good network, I believe.
Personally, I find the idea quite interesting – linking cost-effective construction with the demand for quality where necessary. It’s worth a theoretical attempt. Once their detailed offer is available, this offer will be reviewed again with the help of friendly experts. Recognize and eliminate constructive damage prevention measures in advance through structural measures as well as possible already in planning and thus also in the offer.
