Find a general contractor. Just google [Haus bauen Siegen]. Then take a look. Or drive through construction areas, who is building there is usually on signs. Talk to builders. Yellow Pages... so, come on. K.

Bicycles, lawnmower, tools = garage/carport/shed Laundry = utility room

Others do that too. I also lived with a basement for years and it’s definitely convenient to just be able to store everything there, but the price is quite something...

Either Google or just drive around. Usually there are signs on construction sites everywhere. And these days something is going up on every corner. Which is what I would prefer as well. That way you can see directly how the work is being done. I’m often at new builds professionally and even obvious things are not a given. For example, it’s often so dirty there that all sorts of small stones get pushed into the pipes. They tape it up and that’s it. Instead of someone spending 5 minutes with a broom... That’s the downside of buying ‘new’ and not following the build process.

With us. Lawn mowers, petrol and garden stuff in a biohort metal shed. Wheels, tools, and much more. Garage. The car, of course, stands outside, because it is a car and therefore made to be used outside. Attic tiles, roof tiles, my model railway, which I will set up someday, garden cushions when not in use, knick-knacks and Christmas stuff, supplies like canned food and schnapps and who knows what else. Yes, I messed up and also found two or three contact points via Google now. We will now drive and walk much more attentively through the new development area here and see who is building there. I suppose you are right about the basement... with my acquaintance’s 900m2 plot, I also don’t see a problem placing a garden shed somewhere. Our plot is 550m2... but a carport with storage or a garage is certainly sufficient as well. Let’s see.
