I live right on the border to NRW.. The offer is from RLP.. The next ones in the area are almost all in NRW. But that is not a problem, I think the offer fits well. I will think about it and ask around among friends.

No, but it is already reserved for us. The expansion of the new development area is still in planning at the moment. Because of that, we had the great fortune to determine the size and location of the parcel ourselves.

According to the municipality, the purchase contract is expected to be finalized in the last quarter of this year. Construction is expected to be possible as early as next summer... We'll see.

Can you perhaps recommend a regional builder or general contractor to us?

Ask ( ) about BKV Wohnbau in Wilnsdorf. It was recommended by acquaintances of mine who have an appointment there next week. The first contact was apparently nice. I have no experience myself and don't think we will inquire there either. We tend to lean more towards prefabricated houses/wood frame construction rather than solid construction. We visited the model house by Fingerhut in Neunkhausen on Tuesday, a nice agent who will get back to us at the end of the week to arrange a consultation appointment.

Oh, thank you very much! We will inquire there.

I also found a small prefabricated house company (wood frame construction). Zimermann Haus GmbH from Schmallenberg. They build about 100 houses a year. We had a first brief contact with the commercial manager, who interestingly will also conduct the initial meeting with us. I find that very likable.

As of now, we tend more towards a small family-run business from the region.

100 houses per year is still considered a small company?
