Boundary garage (permissible ridge height vs. roof pitch)

Good morning everyone,

after 3 years of searching for land, our municipality in Bavaria has finally received a plot and we are now dealing more intensively with the development plan.

I hope you can help me. I lack the imagination of how I can arrive at a ridge height of 6.5m with a wall height of 3.0m and a roof pitch of 15°. The main building is allowed to have a roof pitch of 28°.

GF for garage according to the development plan: 75m²

The garage may also have a roof with a pitch of more than 15 degrees. Only for [Pultdächern] on garages is the maximum 15 degrees.
