Since when does something like that comply with the aRdT?! Even in solid construction, airtight boxes are installed in the exterior walls. The cable routing of the external roller shutter is also sealed airtight inside and outside.
OP just do a BDT when the windows are installed and the basic electrical installation is finished, before the screed and before the drywall installation etc. Then you'll know more. A timely leakage test is worth its weight in gold. 1.5 is basically a miserable value. Anything over 0.6 in new construction would be bad for me.
That’s exactly how I will do it. Airtight boxes on the outside, normal boxes inside, well plastered.
I plastered the walls of my inspection shaft (bordering the interior wall) just to be safe.
If I have noticed one thing, it’s that you can’t rely on any statement.
The same goes for the energy consultant and architect, they all say different things (meant generally).
I have no problem with the roller shutter (inspection from outside). I used concrete cables, without conduit, which go directly into the roller shutter box.
