Hello,
we have built (single-family house with gable roof, ground floor and upper floor, brick-clad exterior walls). On the ground floor, we have roller shutters.
We are now looking for a way to darken the windows on the upper floor as effectively as possible, so that hardly any light comes in from outside (street lamps etc.). Films are out of the question because they would continuously darken the rooms. Unfortunately, we have found that many retrofitted blinds always have certain "gaps" at the edges, which allow a lot of light in again. It is also difficult that one window is integrated into the roof slope.
Can you recommend specific products that, in your experience, protect the rooms almost completely from light intrusion at night?
