I used the 4 meters as a reference and I think the plan from the „Grünen“ Forumdada (sorry, but full name will be deleted here) as a template. Since I know that the staircase has not been shifted and it also goes to the second floor. So the original space remains.

Let it be, ours is exactly as visible. Some people even go to fart in the basement, or children have never seen their parents naked. Not everyone has to share that shame.
The toilet has a good place there: daylight, some view outside, the drain runs perfectly along the outer wall through the hallway cupboard (note!). But I assume something self-built will be installed there?! That means 30 cm less. But you have to expect that when a house has one floor more than the ground floor. It will not get wet, and the shower also still has daylight.

and that is exactly why the quiet currents are at the partition wall. In the installation wall.
Measurements I’ll check… Installation walls are chosen as 15 cm.

I find it very beautiful that way. And the height is sufficient, probably the 120 from the pre-walls. It frames it. Only the shower area needs something higher. Whether the partition wall is 200, 220, or room height is a personal matter. You won’t significantly affect the light.
Here are some measurements:

The tub has the dimensions 100 x 160. But there is also one from Keramag with 100 x 150.
After googling, it is now Geberit.
I had it installed myself in a small bathroom in a townhouse. It was great: a bit deeper, so that at least two people could still sit in it. Alone you sat halfway down, but were fully under the water surface.

If I interpret it correctly, the shower is only 2.30m high overall.

We installed an illuminated shelf and a waterproof LED ceiling light there. The walls do not reach the ceiling. Also so that the humid air does not stagnate there.
