I would place the shower at the bottom and leave space on the right and left. Then about 60 cm of tiled wall, followed by glass side panels. At the front then a door. The interior dimensions of the shower could be approximately 105 cm wide and about 110 cm deep without problems.

To the right of that, the toilet, to the left behind the door a few tall cabinets for everything you need in the bathroom. Next to the door, basically under the skylight, then the washbasin. A double sink should also be possible there, although a really wide single sink wouldn’t be bad either.

The bathtub then as a standard tub or also in the special shape in the upper right corner.
