Use the Villeroy & Boch planner. It already gives you a good feeling for the rooms. Especially since you can see it in 3D.

In the guest bathroom, I would place the hand washbasin on the wall opposite the toilet. The only important thing is that the passage between the shower and the washbasin does not become too narrow.

What kind of showers are they supposed to be? Large glass showers and walk-in?

You should also consider where the entry to the shower should be. A comfortable toilet installation also requires nearly one meter in width. Roughly, you can say 30 cm clearance, 40 cm toilet, and then another 30 cm clearance. That's how someone once explained it to me, and that's how we implemented it. It looks good anyway. You should also think about how you want to wash your hands (possibly also your hair) with the sinks. For example, I am not a fan of a corner solution like you have in the guest WC. Another point is that you should also consider drainage and ventilation in your planning.

We are still pretty much at the beginning of the planning. At the moment we are planning to build up the showers and tile them, possibly with a curtain.
