What I consider to be the absolute worst case: you can practically no longer reach the only window in the bathroom, but have to climb over the tub every time. This is totally annoying, since you probably want to open this window most frequently in the whole house.
In my opinion, this bathroom would really be a case for a T-solution. However: do we need this mega cabinet? What about the connections? Are they still flexible? What about additional windows?
To free the window, I would probably plan built-in appliances together with the washbasins as base cabinets and the T. Actually, there should also be a window by the shower, which I have not sketched now, since apparently this is no longer possible.
