Nepotism would definitely also work with co-brothers-in-law *SCNR*

Gladly also as WR, MI, or MD - it just should not be an outer area (as feared here).

In the outer area, that hardly makes a difference. Sorry, if I say "one swallow does not make a summer" considering the temperatures of last weekend, but: a single rabbit hutch or pear tree - alternatively: that little bit of hemp for personal use - does not make a farmer in the sense of an approvable residential area in the outer area.

OK, then I assume with 99% certainty that there is no development plan. Is house no. 38 inhabited by a farmer, his parents, or his children? (Gender advocates please forgive me) Yes, here the restrictions are limited if the relatives grant the building encumbrances. The conversation with the district master builder (post #1) and the land use plan (post #7). Why do you always have to exaggerate like that. Think of Oakland – if he had already found a construction company, the shell would now stand on the property you considered non-buildable. It's definitely worth asking, but I estimate the chances of success to be very low. But it is not necessary at all. With the appropriate setback building encumbrances on the neighboring properties, your development proposal is not unrealistic, even with a floor space index of 0.6. The garden can be laid out on the field. Just keep in mind that any structural installations are not permitted there, so also terrace, garden house, solid pool, ...

Neither a farmer nor any ancestors live on the entire site. As I said, the grandparents operated a farm there, which was discontinued around 1970. To complete the topic: my father lives in building 34 and my uncle in house 36. House 38 is inhabited by my cousin.

My father spoke with the district building master some time ago – apparently, the statement was made that garages or similar are quite conceivable outside the property. Since I only have this information second-hand, I have to follow up again as mentioned.

There are also supposed to be some other residents there, including a new development area for newcomers :P
