85+- is normal. Of course including the floor. We built in 2013. So it is lower than my eye level with a height of 165cm. My husband looks against the wall above. Of course it bothers me... Raising the roof is the alternative. But the [GU] wants to save costs and keep the planning error from us, so this path was chosen. When we finally noticed it, we were presented with a surcharge of €4800 for raising the wall by 20cm.
