Automated roller shutters in new buildings

Please don't be mad at me, but that is exactly what I would avoid. It is a purely radio solution and also restricted to one manufacturer. It may be a feasible way for an old building if you want to get rid of the manual belt rollers, but for a new building I only see disadvantages.

Why should I be mad at you, but the thread starter is asking for a pure solution for automated roller shutter control and doesn't want anything else. That is exactly what I wanted back then, and I am very satisfied with the radio solution. The whole system runs stably, I can control all roller shutters in the house from anywhere, have programmed routines, and also control them via Alexa by voice command. That level of automation is enough for me. If the thread starter wants more, your solution is probably the better one.

Thanks to everyone for the lively discussion and the many ideas. At the moment, I like the proposal from with HeyTec best; I haven’t seen anything comparable to the M series anywhere else. There is no additional wiring effort here, and you can also operate the shutters with a malfunctioning control, which I think is brilliant. But I would not exclude the radio solution from Somfy either.

In addition, I came across the offers from "vorprogrammieren". Logos are used here, which I would basically like as well, since I could also make changes to the control software myself if needed or expand it.
