Well, if the toilet may be behind the sink and one sink is enough for you, then a straight bathtub fits in there easily.

I was recently told that (warning, delicious!) shit flows best at a 1% slope and that such pipes can therefore be laid almost from one end of the ceiling to the other end of the house. Whether that's true, sensible, or anything else, you better ask your architect.

I would have oriented the terrace and the living rooms towards the dead end. There shouldn't be much going on in the dead end.

Yes, mirror it once - is that possible? What does the terrain say about it?

Why? The entrance in the north, the terrace and living rooms in the south. Should not be a problem.

Hello everyone,

Initially, I actually just wanted an idea for the distribution of the rooms in the attic, but now we have slipped into the topic of orientation. I also noticed afterwards that I had not exactly inserted the cardinal directions on my "breakfast table drawing." I am also not attaching the plan separately. Although the plot is located on a corner, it is not isolated. There are houses all around. The orientation of the house is optimally solved for us.

As mentioned above, my main concern with your help was the distribution of the rooms
sleeping-dressing-bathroom. Of course, it is not easy to reconcile the ideas with the financing. Making the house larger is naturally no problem... but then the financial scope must also be given.
I have already read several posts here in the forum regarding the usefulness of a dressing room or a "narrow space" in which only the wardrobes stand, too small a budget, etc., so that it is better to leave it out.
Due to our different working hours, however, separating the rooms is very important to us.
Unfortunately, kaho674’s variant does not work in hindsight, because the dressing room is too narrow. The wardrobes, with enough space in between, do not fit in the room. There is only 50 cm of space :-(
We have now passed everything on to the architect again; he is allowed to rack his brain once more.
If anyone still has the saving solution ready, we would gladly accept it. Otherwise, implementation here will reach its limits.
Thank you very much for your contributions and ideas!!

Hehe, are you trying to insult me?
I specifically wrote the measurements. The room is 2.30 m wide. Subtract 2x 60 cm wardrobe depth leaves 1.10 m between. Exterior dimensions of the house taken from you.... Where is the problem?
