none current. I have an offer from 2018 with €380,000 165m² with basement. I calculate with 10-20% increase. So I calculated once with €450,000 without furniture, land and garden.

I paid 240,000 in 2019 for a 200 sqm house (solid 36.5 Wienerberger) without a basement with the following included services (developer):

-Electrical installation
-Roof structure
-Interior doors
-Screed
-Construction power
-Construction site toilet
-Interior base plaster including ceiling spackling
-Concrete staircase
-Exterior plaster
-Carport (which alone cost 33k)
-all excavation work necessary for the construction

I paid 240,000 for a 200sqm house without a basement in 2019 with the following included services:

-Electrical installation
-Roof truss
-Interior doors
-Screed
-Construction electricity
-Construction site toilet
-Interior base plaster including ceiling filling
-Concrete stairs
-Exterior plaster
-Carport (which alone cost 33k)
-All excavation work required for the construction

Phew, not bad, unfortunately we are miles away from that.
