You can't really compare it exactly because no one knows exactly what is included. For example, construction electricity is already included. This is not always the case with other, cheaper providers. I think without more precise information, it is difficult to assess the price.

I wanted to follow this lead too I know most offers also with 36.5 stones

That's almost the complete interior fit-out, except for screed, which is missing. So basically the shell construction, that's already hefty, I think.

But is the hot water tank included??? Doesn't that contradict itself a bit?

So the extra charge for the 42.5 cm bricks applies with consistent interior dimensions. The living space thus remains the same. We briefly considered taking on the heating and sanitation installation ourselves, which is why the general contractor showed us a credit (47,348.00 €) for this in the offer. However, we now definitely want the general contractor to handle this trade.

For KfW 55 with 36.5 cm bricks: We had also initially asked the general contractor about this. However, after a calculation, he said that we need to switch to 42.5 cm bricks for that. Well, the extra cost for the thicker bricks is negligible given the total amount. But as you already mentioned, the base price of €312,015 seems rather high to us as well...

But it really depends on what that includes, Joedreck is right about that!

Does your GU probably demand higher surcharges?
