Assessment of Garden Paving Works + Ground Leveling

Hello everyone,

we have received an offer for the paving of our terrace and the pathway around the house, and the leveling of the ground on the property. It concerns:
- delivering, installing, and compacting 30m3 of fill sand
- 55 m2 sand sub-base, with a fine leveling layer made of crushed sand-gravel on top
- 20 m2 simple concrete rectangular stones (for the path around the house)
- 35 m2 concrete stones Basalt antique (a bit nicer) for the terrace
- setting 40m of lawn edging stones
- 5h excavator / wheel loader for distributing and leveling the ground on the property

The terrace will be rectangular with one rounded side. I’m attaching a picture.
Offer for this totals about €5700 including VAT.

Is that ok / too much?

Is cutting stones and edges included? That gets expensive quickly with curves...

In my assessment and experience, that is inexpensive, I think it's great. Your price gives me hope that we might also have the outdoor area done professionally and not have to burden ourselves with heavy work.
