Financing is very similar to our offers. KFW is no longer possible for more than 10 years. The KfW interest rate changes almost daily. It is not fixed.

At least when you use the repayment calculator of the KfW itself, it calculates the 10-year term as a full repayment in 10 years. With a 30-year term, you have a correspondingly lower repayment, but after 10 years you have a correspondingly large remaining debt.
