Incidental construction costs are already included. Since we want to build through a developer, the notarized purchase contract is also sufficient until 12/31/20; that will definitely work.Welcome to the forum. Are the incidental construction costs already included in your calculation? What comes to mind spontaneously: Is that still achievable? How was it again.. for a new build, the building permit must still be valid this year, or is the purchase contract with the general contractor sufficient? I'm not sure right now. But if it has to be the building permit, it strongly depends on whether it goes through quickly with you or not. Depending on the city, that can take a few months.
