If you only want to build the minimum (to save money), there are regulations that can be found with KfW. For 110m², that will be just barely over 2 kWh of battery and a mini photovoltaic system. However, I recommend fully equipping the roof. Even with the currently meager approx. 9 cents / kWh feed-in tariff, the system pays off eventually. But usually, it still runs and the self-consumption is free (except for operating costs). The roof shape / inclination can be optimized for this as long as there are no other disadvantages.

It depends on what is already included in your construction services. Surveying services are often already included.

Normally, however, you have to have an official site plan prepared for your property for the building application (or check whether a non-official one suffices). That alone already costs 2130 euros + VAT (fixed, according to the fee schedule).

Or the property already has a site plan with all elevation details, etc. But this is usually only the case if a building application has been submitted for the property in the recent past.

Aah, O.K. that clarifies a lot. We are building according to the simplified procedure (exemption) there in the new development area with a development plan. We probably don't need it there.

Good morning,
that's exactly how I planned it. The roof is to be fully covered and the storage only the minimum to obtain the KFW subsidy.

Anyone who can read is clearly at an advantage... unfortunately, I have to blame myself for that.

I can add the following to my calculation.

Fortunately, this reduces my costs by a multiple. I have distributed the saved costs a little to other points.

Also, part of the surveying costs is already included in the purchase contract of the property.

    [*]I am still considering a building expert and builder’s legal protection insurance.
    [*]What I unfortunately have not yet been able to find out is the construction scaffold.

So, these were the current informations on my ancillary construction costs.

Supply must still be laid to the house, 1 meter is only the transfer point from which the costs of the providers are usually calculated.
