Anyone who can read is clearly at an advantage... unfortunately, I have to blame myself for that.
I can add the following to my calculation.
The supply lines for rainwater, wastewater, drinking water, electricity, and broadband/fiber optic cables will be laid approximately one meter onto the parcel in question.
Inspection shafts for wastewater and rainwater will also be laid up to about 1 meter on the property.
Fortunately, this reduces my costs by a multiple. I have distributed the saved costs a little to other points.
Also, part of the surveying costs is already included in the purchase contract of the property.
The costs of surveying and transfer into the cadastre as well as the costs of placing boundary stones are borne by the seller, who will arrange the placement of boundary stones in due time.
The costs of building surveying are borne by the buyer.
Where did I increase the costs as a buffer?

[*]Switch
[*]Wall outlets for outdoor lighting
[*]Lighting fixtures and lamps inside and outside
[*]Drainage planning and implementation
[*]Possibly even a quick starter program for a swift start to the construction work.
[*]I am still considering a building expert and builder’s legal protection insurance.
[*]What I unfortunately have not yet been able to find out is the construction scaffold.
So, these were the current informations on my ancillary construction costs.
