Because we want to have a basement, a living area of 120-130 sqm would also be completely fine. But only if 1 room from the basement can be used as living space. Which is allegedly possible according to the architect.

How can it be that the company, which is very well-known here and a provider of solid houses, offers prices including land, etc., below €500,000.

We had already considered buying the plot now, and if we then realize during the detailed planning that it massively exceeds the budget, selling the plot again. But that is also quite a lot.

Unfortunately, we really only have time until Monday to decide about the plot; after that, it will be sold to the next people.

What does the plot cost? Which region? Turnkey is flexible.

You have more time than Monday. As long as you have not signed anything or been to the notary..

The plot is 160,000€ fully developed plus real estate transfer tax and notary fees.

Region Upper Palatinate

Turnkey includes floors and walls painted white, bathrooms tiled, sanitary facilities installed, underfloor heating.

Addendum: Basement and with 1 double garage (6x7 meters) and exterior facilities. Additional construction costs such as excavation, removal of excavation material, architect, scaffolding, crane, portable toilet

also Bavaria. I also see a 5 in front of it with a finished outdoor area. What do you want to put in the basement? Take a close look at what is included in the price. Don't let the electrical system be from 1965 and an air-to-air heat pump installed.

What is wrong with the air-to-air heat pump, it is currently being offered very often.
