Architect's Fee - Experiences

Such threads should be collected and shown to everyone who confidently calculates their house construction costs at only 50% of the market rate and justifies it by knowing someone for every trade and job who gives them a friendly price. That this can and will end up being the case in practice is hard for people to imagine at the beginning.

I know that... but the friend just said: "please give me a good price*, you can also ask in a store.

It only came out later, and ultimately contributed to the cooperation being terminated...... the architect could also have issued an invoice for the deposit afterwards, I think legally, he has about 3 months for that.....

But I also think that the architect has a so-called *guarantor position* here, which would be worse for him.......
