I agree with Wastl as well.
I can still understand the argument about parking spaces if it really is a problem. Because at least in the Musketier development area, which raised the issue, it is not one. There are plenty of public parking spaces less than 100 meters away. And if I actually have a visitor who has difficulty walking, I can always clear my own parking space and park my car in the public spots. That's what they are there for.
You are currently right about that. Whether they would be enough if not everyone could park on the street remains to be seen.
Ever looked at the development plan? The entire building area is designated as a traffic-calmed zone. Only unfortunately, no one has implemented that (yet).
Yes, there is also a lot of other nonsense in there. Only what would actually make sense, like the creation of the playground designated in the development plan, is not being implemented. In my opinion, the speed works quite well here so far. During the day, when the kids are playing outside, everyone drives quite carefully (except for the postwoman and courier services). And the courier drivers wouldn’t observe it even in a traffic-calmed zone.
Somehow I’ve revealed too much that I’m already getting my own development plan thrown at me.
