A warm edge, as you can see, is not installed. How old are the windows? If they are installed as described, it is naturally bad, but does not necessarily lead to condensation on the panes. Is there actually condensation on the frame as well or only on the panes?

with nothing, nothing works!

The equipment for meaningful diagnosis/measurements generally costs <200€

- Digital thermometer with external sensor
- Hygrometer (for relative humidity)
- Moisture meter (capacitive, for water content of solid objects)
- ideally also a metal detector, because capacitive moisture meters cause false triggers
with metal in the wall (cross-check)

here you would record the window sash glass temperature with the digital thermometer
(sensor pressed with Styrofoam residue to the aluminum frame/glass),
i.e. whether it is significantly colder there than the surrounding room temperature,
if yes: insulation problems within the window sash construction

Moisture meter is rather needed for damp walls.

Without this it is just "groping in the fog with a stick"
