Someone wrote here recently. Stiebel Eltron or the subsidiary brand Tecalor have a large selection of combi units. They are also efficient to operate, I actually only read good things there.

However, I think the homebuilder will not easily deviate from his trusted house brand.

Well, if anything, that is a subcontractor and they usually always have several brands to fall back on, as long as there is enough motivation. Moreover, it would be an excellent opportunity to squeeze a juicy additional claim out of the TE's ribs.

Here, look. Exactly your system:

Heat pump Nibe F2120-12 with 600 l buffer tank
Wall mounting outdoor unit

Admittedly, it is not particularly nicely designed and it can definitely be done better but on the wall:

@ : The utility room is at the front right. Size approx. 5.5m².

@ : I will take a look at the device and blog. Whether my utility room is sufficiently large, I will see then.

@ : Front excluded. Utility room front right.

@ : Suing the city is not an option for us. We would like to start promptly.

@ : Thanks for the picture. I just haven't understood yet where I am supposed to hang the pump? On the back wall, as mentioned, there are children's rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. Hanging the device there doesn't seem optimal.

Where could I get independent advice again about indoor installation or specifically about the Nibe device (F750) whether indoor installation is actually
mumpitz ?

Sorry, I had overlooked that.

Wait, don’t mix things up.
I’m not familiar with Nibe but isn’t this F750 an exhaust air heat pump?
Indoor installation has nothing to do with exhaust air heat pumps per se.
When I (or others) talk about indoor installation, they mean a completely normal air-to-water heat pump. The difference is that there is no outdoor unit but it’s all contained in one compact standing unit. But for that, you need two wall penetrations. Supply air and exhaust air. Ideally, they should be around the corner of the house (because of thermal short circuit) or you have to adjust the air flow.
You should pay some attention to noise with this design. The whole unit is inside. So pay attention to decoupling etc.

Edit: just read utility room 5.5 sqm. What’s supposed to go in there?:-O That’s really very small.

Yes, then the only option really is the internal installation of an air-to-water heat pump, not an exhaust air heat pump!

It then looks something like this, and you need more space in the utility room and slightly larger ventilation ducts and openings in the exterior facade to circulate the air.
