Take a trip to the Chiemsee and stop by Nussdorf.

Especially Alpine ones are a bit more rustic

Specifically, Alpine style is not rustic, but mostly rather plain. The people had no money, so the furniture was simple, practical, and made from the materials available. An Alpine kitchen had a cookstove, a large table, a cupboard for the dishes, as well as a stone sink. Preferred wood was spruce, in some areas (Vorarlberg) silver fir or also pine. Depending on whatever grew just outside the door. Decorations might have been a [Hergottswinkel] with crucifix, holy water bowl, and the blessed herb bouquet from the last Assumption of Mary, but all the fancy stuff you see now (felt hearts, felt-covered lanterns, felt cushions, checkered doilies, cup with stag, etc.) – there was simply no money for that.

Rustic with paneling, darkened oak, fake old glass panes or such is more [krachlederjodlerisch] and can be found in every kitchen store. But that has nothing to do with Alpine style. Even though many believe so.

Therefore, I am not sure what is being sought. The [krachlederne] or the simple authentic? Currently, there is also a rather harsh style with untreated wood and lots of felt and natural untreated pelts "in". Many huts are adopting this style. But it is also not Alpine, just currently trendy.
You also often see kitchens in country house style – preferably white, paneling, combined with spruce or pine wood. In my opinion, that also has nothing to do with Alpine style, but it is firmly rooted in many minds.

I stumble over the summary of Alpine and rustic – in my opinion it is either one OR the other. The real Alpine style is, as I said, due to the constant lack of money of the social classes that shaped it, plain, simple, functional, and rather restrained than rustic.

Therefore, I do not know what is being sought. A few pictures of kitchens or furnishings that match your ideas would help more.

In principle, I would just look at a few kitchen stores, perhaps go to fairs, visit local carpenters who also do kitchens, and above all make the effort to clearly formulate my ideas and preferably support them with corresponding examples that show what you imagine under "rustic Alpine". As I have already explained above, about 5 people imagine roughly 8 different styles. And then even the best kitchen store or the most talented carpenter cannot help if they do not know what is wanted.

It's a shame once again that the OP is so taciturn.
