You also need a companion for KFW55 before 01.04, right?

But I think there were different options. From April 1st onwards, you definitely get a 50% subsidy and the guidelines have partially changed. We sat down together this week. Let's see when we get information about what we are allowed to do and what not.

Yes, with Kfw70 it was less strict, with the 55er already, it usually wasn't financially worthwhile if the companion did it properly.

I'm not a construction expert but I would say yes ☺

Our contractor, who also builds a lot as a property developer, is currently recalculating his old KFW70 house program. The insulation was apparently already better than required, but for simplicity, some calculations were probably just made with flat-rate surcharges?
The goal is definitely to achieve KFW55 with minimal changes using only gas condensing boiler + solar thermal. Without ventilation.
I will ask him in the next few days how the current status is.

Hello,

Yes and no.

It depends on which type of brick (filled or brick + ETICS or brick + insulation + cladding) is to be installed and _where_ and _how much_ additional insulation has been installed. Unfortunately, this cannot be answered in general terms.

Rhenish regards

Robert,

that is the price for heating + installation in your house.

That is really completely within range. The price is really okay.

It is very respectable equipment, top quality. Controlled residential ventilation is quite expensive anyway. But very worthwhile.

With the gas condensing boiler you save 2000 and the gas connection (approx. 2k, depending on local conditions).

KFW-55: Please build right away with an air-to-water heat pump or brine heat pump. Nothing else. Anything else would be somersaults + handstands, no longer brings anything. We have 2016, corresponding conditions. That’s how you build afterward.

Leave the ventilation in, such a thing is really brilliant. You will enjoy it.

Best regards Thorsten
