I know that. Sometimes in life you have to change your plans when things don’t work out as planned.

Whereas the personal contributions for >1000€/sqm are much more than just painting and laying laminate. The replanning should be considered carefully

Town & Country Townhouse 100 just checked in our region 235k € plus ground and painting (100sqm)

I am confused about what some people here call a doghouse...

The (exaggerated) statement was that for 250K there is hardly more than a doghouse. Since your example including floors, painting, and incidental construction costs (plus possibly a foundation slab?) will be quite far from 250K, the statement is not referring to that anyway.

What house is there today for 250K all-in except land (and we are already at the upper limit there, the OP imagined a maximum of 200-250K)?

The foundation slab is included with Town & Country. After all, it is solid construction. But for 250K you still can't get a ready-to-move-in 120 sqm house.

Is there actually any house at all that can be completed without additional charges and including all incidentals? A proper house, not tiny or anything like that...
