Affordable providers for building a move-in ready house

Is there even a house that you can get finished for that without extra charges and including all ancillary costs? A real house, not tiny or something...

The problem is magical sizes: around 100 sqm there are affordable family houses, which with increased modesty go down to about 90 sqm, in the class around 80 sqm the designs are already aimed at "couple plus guest," and even smaller then goes in the direction of tiny house (unfortunately with the consequence that the trial sizes regularly have significantly higher kilo/liter prices than the normal package sizes).

So it’s definitely possible, for example the house of the month April at Heinz von Heiden (we are building with them ourselves). It costs 230k€ for 136sqm and pretty much everything is included (even tiling work) except painting walls/ceiling and additional construction costs and small details.

A difference of 20T is hardly enough for

So the house is not available at that price either.

If you have it done, it will be tight but doable. It's only about the house and not everything. If you are satisfied with [Q2] and only plaster it and have laminate/linoleum laid everywhere, you will certainly manage with that. There are also smaller houses for less.

Or EBH House. That is also inexpensive.

That’s really a bargain! Even shutters, ventilation system and heat pump included. Wow! However, Heinz von Heiden is constantly cutting back significantly or they have (by now) slimmed down. Probably the equipment is brand-name products or tile package 1 from stock. What they didn’t include anymore already 10 years ago was e.g. container and painting work on the house (roof shelter). The rafters looked like toothpicks compared to ours. The attics are barely good for cardboard storage. But: it’s possible. I believe, Danwood also has such a promotion page, Family or so. Only nothing is changeable there compared to the model house.
