Can someone please give us a realistic assessment? Thank you!

It’s about the "sonstigen" incidental costs – are they too high or too low / is something missing?

For your information: No work will be done by ourselves, so we always need a company to do it for us:

Outdoor facilities (paths, terrace, garden, enclosure) 9000

Construction electricity 1000

Construction water 750

Possibly property-specific work due to groundwater, insufficient load-bearing capacity, etc.
9000

Wallpaper and painting work 6000

Floor coverings 145 sqm, carpet upstairs, laminate downstairs ???? (Price not yet calculated, does anyone have an idea?)

Kitchen 10000

Garage including foundation 11000

All prices are approximate 
The equipment should not be cheap, but also not super luxurious.

I assume that you do not mean the incidental construction costs? I also found the following components there (I am currently working on summarizing everything again for the bank today): rainwater/infiltration... 4000 chimney sweep/ drainage inspections... 500 but this is only an estimate. Then: possibly satellite system + installation outdoor lighting For carpet/parquet/laminate I wrote down €50 per sqm for materials (I hope skirting boards, nails, and glue are included) but we want to do that ourselves, I don't know what a craftsman charges for that.

no one can answer your question because no one knows your property.
Fencing... how many meters? Terrace, which material? How big? With 9000 € for everything outside you won’t get far. Above all, important things are probably still missing :)
We are paying almost 6000 € for a staircase, paving 90 sqm, setting a few curbstones, and the splash protection around the house and slightly leveling the garden. And that is already one of the cheaper offers.
But that doesn’t include a fence, no lawn, no garden shed, no path to the garden, etc. Just the bare essentials :)

Baustrom 1000€ do you mean the consumption, or renting and connecting the box...?
Construction water cost us 10 € :)

Wallpaper and painting work for the whole house, it will be interesting whether you can find a skilled trades company for that money.
Floor coverings laid yourself or have them laid?

Kitchen 10 000€ can also be exciting depending on the requirements. For our standards, we have a rather unspectacular kitchen. It was offered to us at prices between 32 000 and 19 000 €. In the end, we paid 11 000, which was only possible through the cooperation of our house provider with a certain kitchen studio. (Appliance prices on the internet were around 7500 €)

Hmm. The prices seem very, very low to me. We pay about 2000,- EUR for construction electricity. Kitchen 21,000,- EUR. etc.

Construction electricity is paid by our contractor, about 400 for the box? For 10,600 euros we have a NoXte wooden lacquer kitchen... including cooking island, approx. 8 meters of cabinets (with good interior fittings) total, appliances from NeXf and AXG, steam oven included, extra thin countertop and lighting. What I want to say: 10,000 is well estimated, unless you particularly want a built-in wok, grill and all kinds of other things :)
