Exactly, and who can calculate something like that for me? But it should not become passive! Yes, I think so too, but around 100€ for electricity and water, that would already be great! I also read something about that, but didn’t understand it. TomTom1 was right with the photovoltaic system that should supply the air heat pump with electricity. Two more and maybe soon and hopefully not as 3, without basement! Best regards

AHA! How was that again:o?

But as I said, it doesn’t really work.

Otherwise, short and sweet: 112 sqm without a basement is, in my opinion, too small, especially since the living area is never proportional to the costs.

Best regards, TomTom.

And why not?:)
What is the photovoltaic system good for then?

What do you base that on to get the absolute best?

Sorry, but I’ve only been dealing with this for a month and... who, how, what, why, for what reason, those who don’t ask remain dumb :p

I can read, but I’m not so good at searching :D

Best regards

As soon as the building data is fixed, a TGA planner and energy consultant combined in one person. You can send me an email. That is almost impossible directly, because demand and supply differ considerably in terms of power. Indirectly through feed-in and consumption, however, it works quite well.

best regards

Hi!

A photovoltaic system is a kind of equity investment with a good but rather uncertain return. So the electricity is sold.

For direct feed-in, among other things, you would need a huge buffer (storage), since most of the electricity yield then occurs when hardly any heating power is needed (in summer).

As for the living area: in my opinion, a house should be as big as possible – as far as it still makes sense. I had initially planned just under (130 sqm for 4 people). 20 sqm more then only cost 5,000 € (about as much as the front door) and that seemed well invested to me. Every provider calculates differently there!!

Best regards, TomTom.

There is hardly a better guarantee than a state-subsidized and long-term feed-in tariff.

Best regards.
