You only need to look at the 100,000 km tests in the car magazines. There, km costs of €0.35-0.60 including depreciation for mid-range cars are stated. Mind you, the higher depreciation at the beginning is included.

The comprehensible error of these calculations already begins with the assumption of the list price as the purchase price. My Astra cost €12,500 as a nearly new car, list price about €22,000.

Fuel of course depends on usage. Tax for two cars is €15 per month, insurance for both €70, one car with comprehensive insurance and one with partial coverage. And that's only that much because the second one has no discount (SF 1). The Astra costs €250 with partial coverage and roadside assistance per year.

I keep very accurate digital records My A6 has cost me exactly EUR 121,234 in 4 years, 6 months, and 16 days all-incl...meaning purchase price, fuel, maintenance, tax, interest for leasing the first 3 years..

PS: I know...in your opinion only "ordinary earners" are allowed to use this forum...please finally put me on the ignore list!!! Thanks
