That will also not be the case, precisely because I strictly adhere to the development plan. As already mentioned. There are no reasons nor have any been named. Only telephone harassment at the building authority and the failure to provide guidance. So all hot air if you can put it that way. Nothing absolutely stands in the way of a building permit. The note about the calls does not affect the building application in any way.

So what now? Is there a development plan or not? It wouldn’t have been created just for your property. Please familiarize yourself with the basics of building law first. Then many answers to your questions will arise on their own, or you can get qualified answers here on specific issues.

Then the previous 12 pages of this thread were unnecessary, since there can be no problems and a reversal of the purchase contract becomes obsolete anyway, as you bought building land within a development plan.
