Again, the timing would have still come, but in my opinion, much too early intervention was made without any knowledge. Anyone who wants to know something should ask and not complain beforehand without any substance. I did meet a neighbor, the direct one, and everything was wonderful! How many times do I have to say I am not yet in a phase where one should have imagined or in any form. The timing is debatable but certainly not weeks before a construction date.

No one is saying "you should have gone a long time ago, then none of this would have happened, it's your own fault..", but everyone is saying "go now, so that the situation might be resolved without any problems."

The rumor has only now been confirmed. So I am acting right now and also asking for advice in a forum. Tomorrow after the appointment I will decide on what I consider the best solution. Wrong. According to the building authority, there is an objection that is not yet official. The neighbor contacted them and reserves the right to take action against it. To my disadvantage, now with a deadline of one year. It has been confirmed to me that something is going on; this was not withheld from me. As I said, I hope to get more information tomorrow and possibly tips on how I should proceed. The thread was created to share experiences, gather tips, and possibly explain similar occurrences!
