Yes. Even out of self-interest, because you heard a stupid rumor. Has nothing to do with village vs. metropolitan area.

Don't you want to understand?
No one is saying "you should have gone a long time ago, then none of this would have happened, it's your own fault..", but everyone is saying "go now, so that the situation might be resolved without any problems."

The rumor has only now been confirmed. So I am acting right now and also asking for advice in a forum. Tomorrow after the appointment I will decide on what I consider the best solution. Of course, I also hope to get information from the building authority that will support me. Maybe even a tip from the building authority. It could also be that they act as a mediator and arrange a meeting, I will find out. And if nothing works, my gut feeling will decide and I will either go there or leave it. That will be shown accordingly. This strange situation came about due to negligence by the authority and, of course, on the part of the creator because of neighbors who have some problem or see one.

Exactly: mind your own business! So far, no neighbor has complained, right? OR?

Where? What? Which rumor?
So far, your "nice" neighbor who spreads rumors has only made himself really unpopular.

This whole thread is nonsense just because he spreads rumors.

Wrong. According to the building authority, there is an objection that is not yet official. The neighbor contacted them and reserves the right to take action against it. To my disadvantage, now with a deadline of one year. It has been confirmed to me that something is going on; this was not withheld from me. As I said, I hope to get more information tomorrow and possibly tips on how I should proceed. The thread was created to share experiences, gather tips, and possibly explain similar occurrences! Nothing more. I am already grateful for the many tips, even for those that, in my opinion, are not entirely accurate.
