The issue with the development plan was not clear to me, also possible scenarios that could apply to me. But the conversation today also brought more clarity.

If there is a development plan, what have you been discussing here for 14 pages? The neighbors may refuse to sign in the simplified approval procedure, and you may still build as long as you comply with the development plan. If you want to deviate from the development plan, you need a building permit with an exemption from x, y, z, etc. Even then, the neighbors do not have to agree, as this is regulated by the building authority/the building permit.

As I said, I was not entirely comfortable with the fact that the development plan comes from the municipality. For example, I am not allowed to build a flat roof, three stories, etc. It was already in place anyway, since I bought a plot of land in a residential area and have to adhere to its development plan. That’s true!

Yes, there are development plans for individual properties. Experienced that here recently. Well, someone is building who is very valuable to the community (not only financially), but there is a development plan drawn up for one plot of land of about 4000 sqm.

You want to build! This could be a great time for you. But not if you exaggerate every problem (no matter how it arose) to the point that you constantly contradict yourself, answer questions inconsistently, or not at all.
This thread is full of contradictions in your posts... this shows a) that you should familiarize yourself with the entire building world and definitions,
b) always stay calm first.
Otherwise, you or your relationship won’t survive the house building.

Nervousness and ignorance are bad partners when building a house.

It’s best if you now read everything through again afterwards. For example, find out once again what a developer is, what that means, and so on and so forth.

There is nothing like "not quite right." Besides, development plans are always ultimately established by the municipality.
