A potential lawsuit against my construction project is looming! What now?

The OP doesn’t even know what a development plan is. He also doesn’t know what a property developer is. He also doesn’t know what involvement of the neighbors is about. He doesn’t even want to know. He just wants to ... ah, let’s leave it at that, otherwise I’ll have to accuse myself again of my fake-thread trauma in countless posts. But ... it works. Even I was provoked into making a post.

As I said, I was not entirely sure about the development plan coming from the municipality. For example, I am not allowed to build a flat roof, three stories, etc. It has already been in place for a long time since I bought a plot of land in a residential area and have to adhere to its development plan. That’s right!
