Hello dear forum,

without a long introductory text, I would like to present to you the draft of a single-family house with a floor plan of 14 m x 9 m and would appreciate a few opinions, suggestions, and improvement proposals. Above all, the living and dining area should be the central point of the house.

Have fun viewing the 3D images and the floor plan :-)

For your information:
In the pictures of the living area, the staircase is only indicated (2 steps), as I did not know how to realize it in the program... ;-)
Also, I have attached 2 versions of the living area, one with a "straight" door to the hallway, and one with an "angled" door to the hallway...

Dimensions would be great to better assess the whole thing.

The dining area is the gateway to hell. When the oven is on, after 30 minutes you have a roast chicken sitting at the table. The area is not wide enough, unless such a mini table is really intended. But it doesn’t match the rest of the house.

The kitchen is maximally unergonomic, unless musical chairs is your favorite game.

The utility room is 50% unusable. Windows??? For what? What kind of equipment should go in there? Buffer tank? Heating? Electricity meter? Fuses? It gets cramped.

Unfortunately, the upper floor is missing, so my assessment ends here.

Hi, I would arrange the table and fireplace differently, lengthwise to the terrace. That way you avoid the "space problem", even though you have over 60sqm. Otherwise, I don't think it's bad. Overall, I think such a large windbreak is nonsense though, that's my personal opinion. The many windows, etc. I find great!

Tell me, with which program did you do that?

A dream would now still be the upper floor. You might possibly bang your knee against the door of the WC when you want to go out after washing your hands. Otherwise, everything that Toxi said.
