By *a few years* I meant about 5 years, it was just a thought, but thanks! The plan has not been submitted yet, we are still open to many things.

What I still haven't understood: But your project is not a commercial business. Is that what it says in the development plan? Then the whole thing is not approvable. Not even with neighbor signatures. And he is planning against the development plan? And is that taken into account in the financing? You should have left it better to the carpenter.

- Demolition costs 20k (offer is available).... are included in the total costs

- how it exactly looks legally, I can't say for sure, the building authority has concerns if the house is built further back, that they might then have to expect complaints, that's what we were told, and if I have it built at the front (like the old property), then it's different and therefore okay.

Example regarding the costs....
I got offers for the shell construction, so *approximately* (benchmark for such a property)..
- several wanted about 130,000 euros for it, another wanted 240,000 euros for only 140sqm..... just the walls and floor slab
- another example.... an architect wanted 14k just for the design and building application: others wanted 5-7k.

of course this adds up and before you know it, you end up with an amount you can no longer pay.

First of all, I want a design that satisfies us.... the rest will follow.

Ps: in the worst case, the plot can be resold at any time, it is located in the center. People still come and ask about it.

Who pays for that? Your children can surely draw castles in the air better than you.

Thanks for the comments....sorry, but my question is actually different, or am I writing something about how much something like this costs?! I just wanted to know what else could be done to the draft first, and if I want to know something about financing, that is something else. I don’t want to come across as ungrateful, but I can’t make much sense of posts like these :-)!!!

Always draw with proper furniture Imagine you live in the house 2 children's rooms will not work for 5 years. The age difference between your girls is too big
