Is that stated like this in the development plan? Then the whole thing is not approvable. Even with neighbors' signatures not.
And they're planning around the development plan?
And is that taken into account in the financing?
You should have left it better to the carpenter.
- Demolition costs 20k (offer is available).... are included in the total costs
- how it exactly looks legally, I can't say for sure, the building authority has concerns if the house is built further back, that they might then have to expect complaints, that's what we were told, and if I have it built at the front (like the old property), then it's different and therefore okay.
Example regarding the costs....
I got offers for the shell construction, so *approximately* (benchmark for such a property)..
- several wanted about 130,000 euros for it, another wanted 240,000 euros for only 140sqm..... just the walls and floor slab
- another example.... an architect wanted 14k just for the design and building application: others wanted 5-7k.
of course this adds up and before you know it, you end up with an amount you can no longer pay.
First of all, I want a design that satisfies us.... the rest will follow.
