We are very satisfied with the architect, craftsmen, and the result. Of course, not everything went smoothly, problems arose and were solved. With a different mindset, one would probably have been stressed. For example: one important employee among the electricians was out sick for several weeks. As a result, we had no light on the stairs or outside for a few more weeks. One can get terribly upset about it and try to put "pressure" on them – but one can also take it as it is. I was glad that he eventually got better.

A quote from Nestroy describes my mindset quite well: "I am happy in bad weather. If I am not happy, the weather is bad anyway."

Whoever wants to find something will always find something. I am neither picky nor a stickler for millimeters. Rather British pragmatic and inclined towards the simple solution. And if something went wrong, like with the water connection of the dishwasher to the B., then cooks just quickly adjust their plans. That works too. In general, everything in life goes one way or another or also this way. never just this way.

I eat porridge. Long before it was trendy. The Weetabix and co always multiply in my mouth. I can't swallow that. Showering without pressure, cold or boiling water, mold in the bathroom, never without a hot water bottle in winter, long underwear, thick pajamas, cardigan and [Thermokanne].

That's how it is in Schleswig Holstein too. Just like at home. My wife just wiped the mold out of the fridge again today. And a hot water bottle in bed is as nice as the little warm fuzz of my woman.
