I think this is an outrage! Get yourself a lawyer and have them sort this out. Because when everything is damp and then also molds, your quality of living is significantly reduced. Don’t put up with that and do something about it.:rolleyes:

You hear stories like this all the time! And in the end, no one was to blame, and you only have expenses and stress. The question is: where does the moisture even come from? The house was already standing when you bought it... maybe this defect was already there before you acquired it?! I think the first thing to do is to check why it is damp...

I think Mara is right. You should really first clarify (have clarified) where the mold is coming from. Only then will you know where the problem lies, and who is responsible for it. If you have mold in the apartment, it is really very harmful to health. I wanted to point that out once again. And if you do not fix the problem quickly, it will only get bigger! Especially children or people with weakened immune systems can become seriously ill from mold in the apartment or house!

I can only agree with Mara. Let’s get this sorted. My nephew developed severe asthma from the mold that was in the apartment. At first, no one knew why he suddenly had asthma. He was a healthy boy. Until the doctor asked if they had mold in the apartment. Then they knew why their son had asthma. My sister constantly had headaches from the mold.
