Nice artist name (?)
I think that's really his name.
"the modern ultra-smooth"
For me, there is an important difference between "smooth" and "flat."
Smooth surfaces can have waves and dents, flat surfaces can have a rough texture.
I find it pleasant when you don't get scraped if you accidentally bump into a wall or scrape along it.
For a concrete wall that I planned with Mr. Brick's help, the concrete should be processed so that no sharp edges protrude anymore (formwork joints) and the corners are rounded. Then
Marfino Conkrete Surface Microcement should be applied between 0 and 5 millimeters thick. "For use, the white powder is mixed with water and can be colored arbitrarily by adding our pigments. .... a high-quality wall covering for interior and exterior, which is applied with a spatula or trowel. This allows very simple creation of attractive visible surfaces on walls, seamless bathrooms, and mineral furniture fronts."
I have not used it yet, but am already convinced and regret that, due to a change in plans, it probably won't come to anything.
There are all sorts of "mortars" there with so many properties that no ideas remain impossible (that's what I'm saying now )
