I keep having problems with all the abbreviations. Is there an overview here in the forum? Thanks.

Again about the transparent costs:
You take the contract including the Bauleistungsbeschreibung and show it to an expert (Sachverständigen), who checks everything for a few hundred euros.
The expert works out the contingent costs for you that are still pending according to the Bauleistungsbeschreibung (i.e. where it is incomplete) and, if necessary, also lists the items that belong to the house construction additionally.
You can also see it from your first company, where you apparently would have been well served if you had had an expert who had checked the price.

Sorry, but you write about "over and over again..."
And I tell you: once read, it shouldn't be difficult for you as a prospective builder to remember the terms, because they concern you.
And if not, then just write them down.
I explained 3 abbreviations to you in my answer. Don't complain about that!
