Why does the red provider build only with the AWP?

As long as the property is not known, or a soil survey report is available, manufacturers of prefabricated houses (and basically anyone else) can only generalize prices. Very few have a crystal ball in the office.

The often mentioned ancillary costs of 35-40 thousand euros here are quite realistic, as long as no surprises occur or, on the other hand, you have special circumstances that reduce costs.

Please excuse me, the plot would theoretically be known to both providers. I have at least shown photos, the cadastral map and the course of the sun as well as the conditions of the neighboring plots. We calculate additional building costs at around 50-60 thousand euros including carport, parquet flooring, painting, outdoor facilities, and access path. The building ground report will be prepared in two weeks.

But no founding costs can be inferred from reputation. Therefore, the [Baugrundgutachten] is already the right way.

The electricity costs will be significantly higher in winter, even despite [Photovoltaik]. Simply because the heating is needed exactly when the sun is less productive.

Unfortunately, this is the case with every [Photovoltaik]/"electric" heating system.

Good morning everyone, the contract for the property has failed on the seller's side. We are going back to square one. After gathering information here and elsewhere, we will not need photovoltaics for a KFW 55 house. Nevertheless, there will be an air-to-water heat pump with high efficiency and a very good exterior envelope of the house. We just need the right plot of land.

Then you can use the time until then to educate yourself a bit about what a developer, a general contractor, and a general client are, and exactly where the specific differences lie. ;-) Good luck!
