Which wall toilet: Villeroy & Boch, Geberit, Duravit???

I can't quite see a result yet. We are also wavering between the Geberit Icon and the Villeroy & Boch Subway 2.0. However, we are unsure because the Icon apparently is not so easy to mount and tips forward, and with the Subway the flushing result is probably not as good.

That's not true. It sits rock solid. However, it is a bit more "complex" to attach because there is no external fastening. But for that, and I think it's great, it is completely smooth from the outside and looks great.

Is it true that with rimless toilets you occasionally have the problem that not everything is flushed away properly? A friend told me that she advises against buying what is apparently a very trendy rimless toilet right now...

I mean, you can easily wipe a toilet rim with two or three wet wipes, which I then throw away, right?

Where does your acquaintance go? To the rim? We more or less go to the middle, which is all flushed away. The toilet brush with a rim is just as much your friend as without a rim. For that, it is easier to keep clean without a rim and looks tidier.

I have been using KERAMAG or now Geberit products myself for years. Can only recommend them. Icon top product. You can skip KeraTect. Save your money.

Hello dear community we are looking for a toilet each for our bathroom and guest WC. We have now selected three models, rough criteria are:

- Preferably directly with WC soft-close seat - Max. 500-600 euros per toilet - Wall mounting - Brand quality - Open or no flush rim - Optional with filling basket for WC stone or gel (not a must)

What is/are your opinion(s)/experience(s) and/or what are the pros and cons of the mentioned models or can you recommend something completely different?

In the apartment here we have 3x Villeroy & Boch Architectura with soft-close. Absolutely trouble-free, stylish & good!
