Which roller shutters with a closed window, only glazing?

We intend to install a large non-opening window (2 m wide) in the living room of the new building. Since there is already a double-wing window in the room, we would like to have just a glass front in the other place. Due to the width, the window will not be openable.

We are bothered that the electric roller shutter to be installed unfortunately cannot be cleaned from the inside.

Is there a solution for this?
For example, roller shutter in the frame or external blinds or perhaps completely do without a roller shutter.

Does anyone have an idea?

Or can you maybe clean the inside of the roller shutter if you open the roller shutter box from the outside or inside?

Why should the window not be able to be opened?

How often do you think you need to clean the roller shutters from the inside? It is enough to open the inspection flap every five years and struggle a little with the cleaning work.

If it was really carefully considered several times that one does not want to go into the garden on this side, the question arises whether a roller shutter is necessary, e.g. on the north or east side one would not need one for sun protection. None is needed due to the risk of burglary either. Privacy screen? Blinds in individual position look a bit silly...

According to the plan, we have exactly the same problem - but honestly, is that really a problem?
