Which provider for KFW 70 / house construction for €250,000?

That’s why I will also cancel the appointment at Massa Haus, it all looks a bit like commission hunting to me x.x I think if I increase the budget to around 350,000 (which I actually didn’t want to, but I guess I’m slowly facing reality) then I can also have a solid house built with an architect, right? A colleague, whom I won’t see again until next week, is currently building 240m² living space, 2 floors, fully basemented with double garage (60m²), all solidly built by an architect for 420,000 including land (around 60,000). If I adjust that to my size (120 - 140 m² is enough for me), then I should normally manage even with a basement and double garage, at least I hope so x.x What do you think?

Oh, that's cheap ... With us: hillside location, 180m² living space plus a basement double garage (together 60m²) we are currently building for €420,000 (+ €180,000 land).

Well, in the area you probably also earn a "bit" better :)

Plot: 60,000 euros (bargain or province?)
Rest: 360,000 euros
Garage: 30,000 euros (assumption)
Basement: 40,000 euros (assumption)
House: 290,000 euros or 1,200 euros/m².

==> not completely impossible, but very cheap. According to the experience of this forum, the ancillary construction costs are then missing (estimate: ~30,000 euros).
