Nothing is developed yet. These are just the first plans, as an interested party you already start thinking now because many will rush to the plots. We estimate a slight slope of a maximum of 3 meters. Why do you tend to choose B? Best regards

Do you possibly have photos of the plots? The dimensions of the plots can be measured from the Geoportal or the development plan. That is accurate enough for us. I like an open view, genuine slope, but 3 m is not a slight slope. That probably allows for a residential basement. What can be seen to the east? The plots haven’t been surveyed or developed yet? But you can already buy them? My first step is always to draw the plots to scale on graph paper. Then mark where the access roads are according to the development plan. Then you draw in the north arrow and align the plan to the north. North should be at the top. Then also include details about roof shape, roof pitch, wall heights, number of floors, building lines, boundary developments, etc. You can find all that in the development plan. Then you can start cutting out rough outlines of the house and garage or carport and start playing around.

3m height difference over which distance? Evenly? How does it run in relation to the property and the access road?
You can get an idea in one of the geoportals and measure distances on your property.
This is what it looks like, for example, on the left side roughly from south (bottom) to north of our property:

approximately along the centerline from south (bottom) to north

and roughly on the right side

That helps to visualize.
You can measure crisscross, just draw lines.

In one of the examples, the building plots are arranged in rows of four behind each other, with two rows developed and two rows still free, if one believes your drawing (???)

Just name it (without link!, e.g. Posemuckel No. 234 "At the old sports field").
