Which property would you choose?

We thought so too once. :p A few years later, we had a house five meters away and a carport two meters away in front of the living room window. If it’s not a protected landscape area and the municipality exerts building pressure, I wouldn’t rely on that. New development areas tend to expand.

If you plot both properties aligned in the same way relative to their location as they are, including the access road, and set them up, you could probably get better help ;)

How big are the plots? How big is the house allowed to be?

Oops? One shouldn't mind... the whole area will smell like slurry from time to time...

I just inserted it. Our main concern is that we are somewhat scarred from the city, where our apartment was totally dark back then. We definitely don’t want that. We fear that with A, we might get too little sun due to the orientation and the other houses. Is this problem even realistic or are we "overthinking" it?
